Hey band members! First and foremost, we really wanna congratulate you guys! You guys are great. We've done our best and got back our medal with pride. A bronze is nothing to be sad or ashamed off. It is something to be proud off!. We've mantained and its good enough.
We're sure most of you had already overcome your sadness. =D Anyway, the outcome isn't important, what important is what you guys put in before SYF. Teamwork, hardwork, determination and perseverance. That's the most important thing that make us into a succesful musician. Ignore the medal, we know ourselve what we can achieve and just take SYF as just an assestment. Even without proper instrumentation, we made it this far. So, be proud of yourselve! We believe you guys can do it!
Special thanks to our beloved condductor, Mr Ng. Without him, nothing is possible. Although it has been only a year with him, we managed to communicate and understand each other. Although you guys are naughty at times, he has been very patience with us. =p He's more than a conductor to us, but a father to our band. Someone who lead and care for his students! Thanks!
Take care and all the best! Do your best for Fiesta 2007 and bring the house down again!!!

Hey members, the day we've been looking forward to is finally here. After a few months of vigorous training to be a perfect musician, the ups and downs we faced together, our hardworks, let's make this just 15minutes up on the stage a meaningful one yah? The colour of the medal isn't important. No matter what colour we cliched, we know ourselves that we've worked hard, so take the medal with pride and most importantly, no regrets!
I would like to see you guys in the band room by 6.15am in a perfect condition on Monday. Come in your half uniform. Classtee, pe shirt or band tee with your black pants or black skirt. You may want to put on your leather shoes or court shoes to sch straight away. Set your instrument and settle down in the hall by 6.30am to have our final runthrough. You guys will be given time to have breakfast (provided) and change to your full band uniform.
When we're setting off, please fall in at the foyer first. Then move to your respective buses.
Bus 1 - Clarinets, Euphoniums, Percussions
Bus 2 - Flutes, Saxophones, Horns, Trumpets, Tubas, Trombones
Please ensure that you bring along your stand banners and black music files; most importantly, your instruments! Don't forget to bring your blazers along too.
When you reach there, stand according to the concert formation yeah, as rehearsed just now. Don't forget to button up your blazers. Only when performing, you are to unbutton both of the buttons. Don't forget that. Sit half the chair, sit up and don't lean againts the back rest. After we had performed both pieces, don't forget to get on your feet up! And then, we leave the stage accordingly with no REGRETS!
If've said enough, So members have a good rest, eat more plants, drink more trees! Watch, Listen, Enjoy!
